Brief Introduction
Rubber flexible joint union threaded is commonly known as flexible rubber joint. It is mainly made of neoprene, natural rubber and EPDM. The rubber flexible joint can automatically extend under natural weather changes. The flexible rubber joint with screw thread can be used to connect the shock absorber throat. It is a pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance. The thread rubber flexible joint takes advantage of the elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber, and is formed by compounding the polyester cord with high strength and strong cold and hot stability diagonally with it, and vulcanizing it through high pressure and high temperature mold.
The rubber joint ball is composed of a rubber tube with multiple layers of scraped nylon cord fabric and an outer rubber layer in the inner rubber layer and the reinforcing layer.
Scope of application
The rubber flexible joint union threaded takes advantage of the elasticity, medium resistance, weather resistance and other advantages of rubber. The screw rubber joint is mainly used to connect the inlet and outlet pipes of air conditioning fan coil units in hotels or guesthouses, with simple and convenient installation.
Installation Method
Before installation, lay the pipe fittings at both ends of the screw thread rubber joint flat on the horizontal plane. During installation, screw the screw thread flexible joint on one section of pipe fittings, and then screw the pipe fittings at the other end, always on the horizontal plane, to prevent the rubber ball from being torn due to uneven stress during installation. Then, tighten the screw thread with hand or wrench, After that, screw thread flexible joints and pipe fittings at both ends shall be fixed on objects that are not easy to stretch or twist.
The installation of this product mainly plays the role of vibration reduction and noise reduction, effectively improving the quiet living environment.
The advantages of the rubber type are more than those of stainless steel. Both the vibration reduction effect and the noise elimination effect are much better than those of stainless steel hose. That is, stainless steel can not replace the rubber flexible joint. The rubber does not need maintenance and will not rust.
