Product Introduction

A single flange type transmission joint is a device used for pipeline connection, which includes two flanged joints, an intermediate isolation ring, and connecting elements such as bolts and gaskets. This type of joint connects the pipes together by fastening two flanges together with bolts, forming a sealed connection.
Application:

The transmission joint is an important connecting component in the mechanical transmission system, which transfers the axial force or torque transmitted by one section of the shaft to another section of the shaft. The advantages and disadvantages of a single flange type power transmission joint are as follows:
Advantages:
1. Simple structure, low manufacturing cost, easy installation and maintenance.
2. It has a wide range of applications and can be used in many industrial fields, such as shipbuilding, metallurgical machinery, automotive manufacturing, etc.
3. High load-bearing capacity, able to withstand large axial forces and torques.
4. High transmission efficiency, which can reduce energy loss and improve transmission efficiency.
Disadvantages:
1. Uneven stress can easily lead to axial load and torque imbalance, leading to increased vibration and noise, and affecting the service life of the equipment.
2. Low transmission accuracy, prone to axial deviation and speed fluctuations, affecting transmission stability and accuracy.
3. It cannot withstand large radial loads, and special attention should be paid when using it.
4. Compared to the double flange type power transmission joint, it is not strong enough, easy to loosen and fail, and requires frequent inspection and maintenance.
