Loose flange is a type of steel component commonly used for connection due to material changes. It consists of two flange plates and a loose sleeve. This type of flange is commonly used in situations where the medium temperature and pressure are not high and the medium nozzle has strong corrosion resistance.
Loose flange is generally used in combination with flanged short joints, that is, the flange ring is loosely sleeved outside the flanged short joint, the pipe is welded to the flanged short joint, and the flange sealing surface is processed on the flanged short joint. In addition, there are flat welding ring and butt welding ring plate loose flange.
Stainless steel loose flange is a commonly used flange connection device for connecting pipelines, valves, equipment, etc.
1. Size: The size of stainless loose flange generally conforms to the standard size, and the common size is DN10-DN2000.
2. Pressure rating: The pressure rating of stainless steel loose flange is usually PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, etc.
3. Thickness: The thickness of stainless steel loose flange is generally the standard thickness, which varies according to different sizes and pressure levels.
4. Advantages:

-Compared with other flange connection devices, stainless steel loose sleeve flanges have relatively poor sealing performance and are generally suitable for low and medium pressure pipeline systems.
-The loose flange has a relatively simple structure and is not suitable for special working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.
6. Application field:
-Stainless steel loose flange is widely used in pipeline systems in industries such as petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, shipbuilding, and papermaking.
-Suitable for pipeline connections under less severe working conditions such as low and medium pressures.
